As a Mom, I know that we want to feed our kids healthy foods. I was amazed to find out that so many things I was feeding my child, thinking them to be a healthy choice, were really not good for her at all. In fact, they were actually harmful to her. I thought I was doing a good job by giving her yogurt or a granola bar with her lunch not realizing that most of them have color dyes in them or BHT (which is a bad preservative). For breakfast I thought I was choosing a healthy cereal to find the same thing. As I started reading labels, I found that I was choosing the wrong foods.
